Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is needed prior to cancellation or change of appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation charge applies. Less than 12 hours notice or failure to show for your appointment will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged. Late arrival time may be deducted from your treatment. Full price will still apply.
